The Saint-Amour is an icon of Quebec gastronomy. Allying tradition and innovation, the professional kitchen team utilises the most recent technique to honour the best products from our local producers.
Through the years, this renowned gourmet restaurant, situated in the heart of historical Quebec, has become a sophisticated and warm establishment where the qualification of distinction does not only refer to the kitchen, but also extend to the ambiance and décor. ( in a point such as Sir Paul McCartney and his band decided to take their only dinner at the Saint-Amour at the occasion of their legendary concert held in Quebec City in July 2008.)
